• The Account Executive, SMB is focused on driving sales and expanding Deel's client base within the SMB segment across EMEA
• The role involves identifying and qualifying prospects, building strong customer relationships, collaborating with internal teams to maintain a healthy pipeline, and delivering tailored Saa
• S solutions that meet SMB needs while contributing to company growth and client satisfaction
• Represent and demonstrate the value of Deel to prospects and existing customers
• Build and develop relationships with prospects and customers to create opportunities for cross and upselling
• Research and qualify client requirements to identify new solutions and meet their needs
• Work closely with the SDR team to strategize and maintain an accurate, healthy pipeline
• Ongoing communication and relationship building with internal stakeholders in Marketing, Customer Success, and Senior Leadership
• Ensure CRM system is well maintained and updated

Attend industry events in person to build relationships in the HR Tech / Fin

• Minimum of 3 years experience as an AE with SMB experience at a unicorn startup or tech company
• Must have experience selling Saa
• Highly personable with strong communication skills
• Ability to break down complicated matters and explain them simply
• Comfortable with numbers and obsessive over delivering a world-class service
• Adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
• Extensive experience managing B2B clients and expanding the business footprint within DACH
• Work arrangement: Geographically based in EMEA with flexibility for remote work
• Language requirement: Native or fully proficient in German and fully proficient in English
