We are looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join our Cloudmeter team in Amsterdam. The team focuses on supporting new generations of hardware for machine learning and AI workloads and on scaling the Nebius Cloud Platform – both in terms of the number of regions and their capacity. When needed, the team also takes on projects from other domains that require wide cross-team coordination and a deep understanding of the platform from different perspectives.

• What you’ll do

In this role, you will manage large-scale projects that influence the Nebius Cloud Platform as a whole, involving dozens of engineers and stakeholders across technical and business teams. You’ll be expected to understand and reconcile the needs of the Cloud Platform team, Data Center & Hardware team, Sales, and other customer-facing teams.

• Initiate and coordinate cross-team projects , defining and communicating clear goals, scope, and timelines
• Drive decision-making across teams and facilitate changes, both procedural and technical
• Keep projects on track and meet challenging deadlines despite conflicting priorities
• Introduce, improve, and scale processes so they are reproducible and easy to adopt
• Track and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders at different levels
• We expect you to have:
• 5+ years as a TPM (or similar role) driving cross-team initiatives.
• Strong technical background (cloud platforms, o11y basics, infrastructure technologies).
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Experience running cross-team work where you influence without formal authority
• Analytical mindset and hands-on experience working with data (e.g., SQL, Python, or shell scripting) to make informed decisions
• Ways to stand out from the crowd:
• A few years of prior experience as a Software Engineer / Systems Engineer
• Knowledge of recent advances in hardware (GPUs, CPUs, Networking etc) is a plus

Experience in environments focused on machine learning / AI workloads or large-scale distributed systems
