• Site Finance Manager to be the main finance business partner to site leadership at two plants
• This role involves delivering insights and support to drive financial and operational strategies while managing financial planning and analysis activities
• Provide the management of systems and processes to produce high quality financial information and to derive critical insights
• Provide strategic financial insight and partnership to site leadership, enabling informed decisions and driving operational excellence
• Own end-to-end financial planning cycles (annual plan, forecast, period close)
• Develop a deep understanding and independent perspective of performance drivers
• Uncover areas within the business to drive performance improvements and value creation, leveraging data and advanced analytics techniques
• Understand strategic needs of the business, and is able to support decision making through actionable insights

Actively participate in the Corporate strategic resource allocation process, facilitating unbiased data-driven discussion to drive better investment priorities

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Economics or a related field required
• 5+ years in a Finance Business Partner role, preferably within a manufacturing environment
• Experience in a multi-cultural and multi-business environment; ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
• Proven track record of delivering business objectives
• ERP system proficiency
• Ability to provide strong partnership and insights to site leadership and finance LT
• Ability to operate independently
• Broad understanding of different areas of the business, key drivers and performance metrics
• Comfort with diving into ambiguous business questions to understand key issues and structure analytical path
