· Performing Build/Strip activity.
· Mechanical parts/components identification & use of acquired knowledge.
· Plan assembly sequence by studying drawings, specifications, machining parameters, interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances.
· Use of mechanical tools and power hand tools.
· Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures.
· Ensure compliance to quality, safety & environmental standards as per ISO 9001 and company SOPs.
· Handling & use of precision measurement equipment.
· Inspect material and finished parts based on work instructions and drawings.
· Inspecting end product according to guidelines and recording results.
Required Experience:
· Proficiency using precision measuring tools.
· Experience welding steel and aluminum a plus but not required.
· Experience in production, ideally in a manufacturing/assembly environment.
· Experience using forklifts and pallet jacks.
· Experience reading and following engineering drawings and instructions.
Required Qualifications:
· Read, write, speak and understand English clearly. · HS diploma/GED
· Must be comfortable working in fast paced environment.
· Able to stand/move constantly for a ten hour shift.
· Able to lift 50 pounds alone, and up to 75 pounds with assistance.
· Capable of bending, twisting, and lifting items overhead.
· Ability to pass a powered industrial truck course and become certified (training provided).
· Must be able to pass a drug screening.
· Follow specific verbal and written instructions.
· Work cooperatively or independently and inspire a team effort.
· Work should be performed within project schedules.
· Intermediate computer skill.
· Good communication and organizational skills.
· Must be able to follow all safety rules and maintain a clean working environment.
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
