• We’re looking for a Lead, AI Systems & Automation to design and build the backbone of our AI-driven platform.
• This is a builder-leader role: you will architect agentic systems, and implement automation strategies that directly impact how construction projects are planned and executed.
• You’ll work across product, engineering, and business teams to turn complex workflows into scalable, intelligent systems.

• System Design & Architecture
• Design agents and own scalable system architecture across web, mobile, and desktop environments
• Build and evolve a cross-platform AI workspace that integrates data, workflows, and decision tools
• Architect systems that support real-time sourcing, logistics coordination, and financial workflows
• AI Systems & Automation
• Lead development of AI-powered solutions, including chat agents, workflow automation, and logistics intelligence
• Design and deploy agent-based systems that automate key user actions and decision flows
• Integrate LLMs and structured data systems into production-grade applications
• Product & Development Leadership
• Agentic development from concept through release, ensuring speed and quality
• Coordinate with Engineering Lead to guide technical workflows across internal and external contributors
• Support engineering best practices, code quality, and scalable development standards
• Client Solutions & Integrations
• Design and implement client-facing solutions and integrations with partners (e.g., takeoff tools, data platforms, fintech systems)
• Translate real-world construction workflows into technical systems and automation layers
• Business Alignment
• Drive alignment between technical systems and business goals (growth, engagement, monetization)

Partner with leadership to prioritize high-impact automation opportunities

• 5–10 years experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or technical product development
• Proven experience leading builds from concept → production
• Strong background in system design and multi-platform development (web, mobile, desktop)
• Experience with AI/LLM-based applications, agents, or workflow automation
• Ability to operate as both:
• Architect (big picture systems thinker)
• Builder (hands-on execution)
• Experience managing developers or technical workflows (formal or informal leadership)

Strong product intuition and ability to connect technical decisions to business outcomes

• Nice to Have
• Experience in construction, logistics, marketplaces, or fintech
• Familiarity with tools like LangChain, vector databases, or agent frameworks
• Experience integrating third-party platforms and APIs at scale
