Proficiency in data manipulation tools (SQL, Hadoop, etc.), programming languages (R, Python, XML, JavaScript, or ETL), and solid understanding of reporting packages (e.g., Business Objects) and statistical packages for data analysis (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.) Technical knowledge in data models, database design, data mining, and segmentation techniques, with proficiency in writing queries, report writing, and presenting findings
