• As an Advanced Services Resident Engineer, you will provide post-sales, on-site support for Juniper Networks products by designing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining complex data center network environments

Responsibilities include delivering expert technical analysis, integration, and implementation support, contributing to project planning and documentation, and ensuring effective operation of technologies such as EVPN, multicast, OSPF, BGP, and tunneling protocols The role also involves assessing customer network configurations, addressing technical challenges, and supporting automation and DevOps initiatives where applicable

• BS in a related field
• Experience with internet service provider backbone technologies and implementation
• VPN and EVPN technologies
• Experience in data center network environments
• Active TS/SCI clearance with a CI polygraph
• Familiarity with Juniper products (QFX, EX, Apstra, Junos)
• Sometimes Jobot is required to perform background checks with your authorization

NCIS, JNCIP, JNCIE, CCNP, or CCIE certifications
