• Preparing for patient visits (lab kits, supplies, etc.) with an emphasis on quality and consistency
• Assisting with the completion of patient visits (i.e. intake, vitals, EKG’s, and other procedures as delegated)
• Collect and enter data into various systems as delegated
• Conducts phlebotomy
• Manage supplies (i.e. lab kits, venipuncture supplies, infusion supplies, etc.)
• Processing and preparing laboratory specimens for shipment
• Follow established protocol and quality control procedures

Other duties as assigned/delegated

• Phlebotomy and medical assistant certifications from national accredited agencies
• 2+ years of Medical Assistant experience
• 1+ year of Phlebotomy experience required
• Experience processing samples
• Knowledge of laboratory procedures and medical terminology
• Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to details
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
• Proven track record in providing outstanding patient care
• Must be a team player
• Must have reliable transportation
