• The Infrastructure Support Engineer is part of a dedicated team responsible for advanced troubleshooting of hyper‑converged storage and computer clusters

You’ll practice technical skills with Linux, networking, storage, cloud, virtualization, and container technologies, and influence product evolution by working closely with Software Engineering, Product Management, Data Center Operations, Professional Services, and others

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents for customers and partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
• Collaborate with Engineering and Business departments to resolve complex issues
• Train and mentor junior team members
• Develop documentation, knowledge base, and technical articles on Acronis products

Serve as a technical expert on cloud and hybrid data‑center solutions, including high‑performance storage, compute clusters, disaster‑recovery infrastructure, and failover/failback operations

• 3+ years of experience as an infrastructure support engineer
• Additional languages an advantage – Spanish, French, Portuguese, German
• Linux OS (Advanced) – strong hands‑on experience with multiple distributions; RHCSA or equivalent considered a baseline
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset; proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve non‑standard, complex issues efficiently
• Reliable, proactive, and always anticipating the next step to keep operations running smoothly
• Analytical and detail‑oriented, yet able to see the broader picture and understand technical impacts
• Clear communicator with a professional, collaborative approach and a strong customer‑first mindset

Steady under pressure, able to prioritize, troubleshoot complex issues, and adapt to changing demands

• Networking – traffic inspection, routing, bandwidth analysis; setup and management of DHCP, DNS, L2TP/IPSec, OpenVPN; high‑availability configurations

Private Cloud / Virtualization – experience with VMware ESXi, Microsoft Hyper‑V, KVM, Virtuozzo, or similar enterprise‑level solutions
