- The role involves overseeing the creative direction for events, ensuring brand consistency, and managing relationships with vendors and cross-functional teams
- Event Creative Planning: Partner with the marketing and events teams to define the creative vision for all company activations
- You’ll ensure brand consistency while pushing the boundaries of attendee experience
- End-to-End Material Design: Design and oversee the production of all event-related assets, including environmental signage, digital backdrops, keynote presentations, and promotional swag
- The "Pantheon" Lead: Take full ownership of the creative direction for our flagship user conference
- You will manage the relationships, timelines, and cross-functional teams required to bring this tentpole event to life
- Vendor & Production Management: Source and collaborate with external vendors (printers, fabricators, AV teams) to ensure all creative deliverables meet our high brand standards and are delivered on time
- On-site Brand Stewardship: Travel to event sites to oversee the installation and application of branding, ensuring every element is executed according to plan
