You will act as the dedicated local CMO, responsible for driving the end-to-end revenue pipeline within this highly strategic market. This role applies the full Strategic Dual Mandate within your territory: driving pipeline creation and acceleration while simultaneously executing community building and advocacy that secures long-term revenue. You own the NYC regional budget and execute a self-defined local campaign strategy, ensuring rigorous adherence to all central Brand standards. You are the primary in-market partner to the regional Sales team.
Pipeline Strategy & Execution: Own the localized GTM strategy and execution roadmap for your assigned territory. You are directly accountable for translating national objectives into locally relevant campaigns that drive pipeline creation and acceleration.
Demand Generation Programs: Design and execute programs focused on driving pipeline velocity and targeting high-intent accounts. This includes leading localized campaign activation (e.g., coordinated outbound sequences, gifting programs, developing local webinars for active deals).
Strategic Partner GTM Execution: Design and execute programs focused on partner referral activation and pipeline growth. This includes running co-hosted events, leading joint pipeline reviews with partners, and ensuring seamless lead flow for partner-sourced opportunities.
Community & Retention Programs: Drive local community engagement and customer advocacy programs (e.g., local user groups, customer roundtables) focused on generating measurable revenue outcomes such as customer referrals, testimonials, and retention influence.
Reporting & Optimization: Rigorously track and report on performance metrics (e.g., IO volume, pipeline influence, ROI) for all regional activities. You will use this data to inform continuous optimization and resource allocation decisions in partnership with your Regional Manager.

The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $137,500.00 to to $151,250.00 per year. #LI-Remote #LI-SP1
Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
