You'll partner closely with the VP of Pricing and Packaging , as well as Product and General Managers, to define a consistent framework to evaluate material new innovations with monetization potential to firm up product pitches, business cases, and roadmap prioritization
Drive operational excellence across pricing systems, discount policies, and monetization governance % of innovations and business cases incorporating monetization frameworks
Actionable monetization experiments and insights delivered per quarter
% NPIs meeting ARR/adoption targets at 6/12 months
Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments
Proficiency with Salesforce CPQ, billing, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
