Renewals Manager We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Renewals Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end renewal sales cycle. In this role, you will work closely with and collaborate with internal teams—including Account Executives, Solution Architects, Finance, Deal Desk, and Legal—to maximize retention and drive renewal booking growth. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and a relentless commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences that boost loyalty and retention rates.
Predictive Risk Management & Forecasting: Internalize a data-first approach to analyze renewal health annually. You will not only identify risks but also engineer proactive intervention strategies that move the needle on Renewal Rate and Net Retention (NRR).
Cross-Functional Orchestration: Serve as a strategic bridge between Sales, Product, and Customer Success. You will lead tiger teams to resolve high-friction churn scenarios and align multi-departmental resources to secure our most complex global accounts.
